Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup full fat coconut milk or coconut /hemp milk or almond milk
2 T chia seeds
¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup berries (optional)
1 T. cacao powder (optional)
Directions
1. Mix ingredients together in a glass or Tupperware container with a lid.
2. Stir with a spoon until the chia seed separate (break up clumping)
3. Put lid on container, shake and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
Prepare the night before for a ready to go breakfast meal
